Martin Lerner's interest in photography began in High School. He
worked as a photographer during his Junior and Senior years for both the High School Newspaper and Yearbook. At that time he also worked as a wedding photographer and a free lance photo journalist for the local Gannett Newspaper.
He has studied photography in New York at the Germain School of Photography, the New School, and at the School of Visual Arts.
